Below you will find a list of resources available to YOU. Please do not hesitate to reach out with your needs, and we will be happy to assist as best that we can.

Our goal is to help you AVOID calling 911, but rather that be your LAST resort. We are here for you. Leverage us!

If you or a loved one are experiencing a mental health need, please follow the steps below (in order of highest to lowest severity):
​
1. For Denver residents, call the Support Team Assisted Response Program at 720-913-STAR (7827).
​
2. For All Other residents, call the Colorado Crisis Line Number at +1 844-493-8255 and request a clinician, text "TALK" to 38255 and/or go to an Emergency Room to have vitals checked.

Be sure to ask about walk-in services and mobile crisis which sends a therapist directly to your location.
​
3. Look for appropriate support on the Mental Health Colorado Website and/or conduct an Advanced Behavorial Health Provider Search which highlights inpatient and outpatient resources based on your location and need.​
​
4.Schedule an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner and/or Psychiatrist (preferred numbers listed below).
​
5. Schedule an appointment with a licensed Therapist and/or Clinical Psychologist (preferred numbers listed below).
​
6. Schedule an appointment with a Chinese Medicine Practitioner (preferred numbers listed below).
7. DO NOT CALL 911 unless there is a life-threatening situation. The resources above are an alternative to this last resort option.
